[For adults] To celebrate the 250ᵀᴴ anniversary of the American Revolution, the Friends of the RCS Community Library are excited to welcome Shelby Mattice, Curator of the Bronck Museum of the Greene County Historical Society, for a program exploring the not so sweet history of chocolate! Chocolate has become a ubiquitous part of America’s favorite foods. How it became so available begins with the Aztecs and spreads with more than a little assistance from both the Catholic church and Milton Hershey. We invite you to attend and discover a historical perspective of chocolate in America.
Registration is appreciated, but not required to attend.
