/ / Community

For the past decade, locals and visitors alike have stepped through the doors of Pickers Nation searching for something special and somehow always finding more than they expected.

From vintage décor and antiques to collectibles, furniture, handmade pieces, and nostalgic finds, Pickers Nation has become a destination for treasure hunters across the Capital Region. This weekend, the beloved multi-vendor antique shop is celebrating a major milestone: 10 years in business.

What began in 2016 as an exciting leap into small business ownership by Casey has grown into a thriving community space built on passion, perseverance, and local support.

Pickers Nation is more than just an antique store. Every booth tells a different story, with vendors bringing their own styles, collections, and personalities into the space. One visit might uncover vintage Pyrex, retro signs, farmhouse décor, vinyl records, or a piece that instantly takes you back to childhood.

To celebrate the anniversary, Pickers Nation is inviting the community to stop by this weekend for a special celebration featuring:

.

Whether you’re a longtime customer or have never visited before, this anniversary weekend is the perfect excuse to shop small and experience one of the area’s favorite antique destinations.

In a world of fast shipping and big-box stores, places like Pickers Nation remind us why local shopping matters. Behind every item is a story, and behind every small business is a community helping it thrive.

Here’s to 10 years of picking, collecting, connecting and many more to come.
